Peter Bayer
Peter Bayer is the General Manager of Endless Sports Complex and a former professional pitcher with more than a decade of experience developing pitchers at the youth, high school, collegiate, and professional levels.
A Colorado native, Peter graduated from Regis Jesuit High School in 2012, where he was a member of the 2011 State Championship team under the leadership of current MLB manager Walt Weiss.
Peter continued his baseball career at Cal Poly Pomona, where he emerged as one of the top pitching prospects in the country. During his standout 2016 season, he recorded 103 strikeouts in just 65.2 innings, earning selection in the 9th round of the 2016 MLB Draft by the Tampa Bay Rays.
During his professional playing career from 2016 to 2022, Peter competed in organizations including the Tampa Bay Rays, Oakland Athletics, Cincinnati Reds, and professionally in Mexico's Liga Mexicana de Béisbol. Throughout his development, Peter trained extensively with Driveline Baseball, one of the most respected player development organizations in the game — an experience that helped shape his modern, data-driven approach to training.
For the past 10 years, Peter has worked with pitchers at every stage of development, helping athletes improve velocity, refine mechanics, enhance movement efficiency, and build the mindset required to compete at higher levels. His coaching philosophy combines advanced performance technology, proven player development systems, and firsthand experience from professional baseball.
As General Manager of Endless Sports Complex, Peter leads the growth and daily operations of a premier training environment built around elite instruction, advanced technology, competitive team development, and professional-level programming for baseball and softball athletes. In addition to overseeing the facility, Peter continues to work directly with pitchers, helping athletes develop the physical tools, mechanics, and confidence needed to reach their full potential and compete at the next level.

Izzy Fierro
Izzy Fierro brings a deep passion for softball, player development, and mentorship to Endless Sports Complex. A Colorado native, Izzy's softball journey began right here in Colorado, where she was a four-year varsity starter at Highlands Ranch High School and competed for some of the region's top travel programs, including the Colorado Angels, Colorado Stars, and Colorado Styxs.
Her playing career continued at CSU Pueblo and Edmonds College in Washington, where her passion for the game evolved into a love for coaching and developing athletes.
Izzy has built an impressive coaching background across both high school and competitive travel softball. From 2023–2025, she coached at Castle View High School while also working with elite club programs, including 16U and 18U Batbusters teams and a 14U Prospects team. Her coaching philosophy centers on meeting athletes where they are, helping each player develop the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to succeed both on and off the field.
Known for her high energy, positivity, and ability to connect with athletes, Izzy creates an encouraging environment where players feel challenged, supported, and motivated to improve. She believes player development goes beyond mechanics — focusing equally on confidence, work ethic, and mental growth.
Outside of softball, Izzy is also a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, bringing a well-rounded performance perspective to athlete development. Her background in strength, conditioning, and nutrition allows her to help players build not only better softball skills, but stronger, more confident athletic foundations.
Izzy's passion for coaching and commitment to developing young athletes make her an outstanding mentor for softball players striving to elevate their game.

Brooke Hodgson
Brooke Hodgson brings elite playing experience, collegiate coaching expertise, and a passion for athlete development to Endless Sports Complex. Originally from Rio Rancho, New Mexico, Brooke graduated from V. Sue Cleveland High School in 2014, where she excelled as both a pitcher and utility player throughout her softball career.
Brooke continued her standout playing career at Colorado Mesa University, where she became one of the most decorated athletes in program history. A two-time All-American, Brooke set multiple hitting records for both Colorado Mesa and the RMAC while earning recognition as CMU Athlete of the Year and the prestigious 2018 Colorado Sportswoman of the Year for softball.
Her passion for player development began early, as she spent four years during her collegiate playing career providing private instruction for athletes ages 6–16, helping young players build strong fundamentals, confidence, and a deeper understanding of the game.
Following her exceptional playing career, Brooke transitioned directly into collegiate coaching at the University of Northern Colorado, where she spent four years developing Division I athletes while also directing camps and clinics across the country. Her experience coaching at the collegiate level has given her a comprehensive understanding of player development, competition, and the skills required to succeed at higher levels of the game.
Inspired by the versatility and athleticism of Mookie Betts, Brooke's coaching philosophy emphasizes growth, resilience, and pushing past comfort zones to unlock the next level of performance. Her message to athletes is simple: "Get comfortable being uncomfortable — that's how you break the plateau and grow."
Now returning to her roots in youth player development, Brooke is passionate about helping athletes build not only their physical skills, but also the confidence, work ethic, and mental toughness needed to succeed both on and off the field. Her championship mindset, elite experience, and genuine passion for coaching make her an incredible mentor for the next generation of softball players.

Erik Kozel
Coach Erik Kozel brings a championship-caliber resume and a versatile background in both baseball and softball to his coaching endeavors. His journey in competitive athletics is marked by high-level success, beginning with a California Junior College State Championship in 2011 with the San Joaquin Delta Mustangs. Erik later transitioned to Colorado Mesa University (CMU), where he distinguished himself as an elite talent behind the plate. In 2013, he was recognized as an honorable mention All-American and was named the Defensive Catcher of the Year, cementing his reputation as one of the premier defensive players in the country.
Following his collegiate career, Coach Erik balanced a professional playing career with his passion for coaching. While playing Independent Professional Baseball, he led his team to a league championship in 2015, a season in which he earned League MVP honors and served as the starting All-Star Catcher for the North Division. After concluding his playing career in the Can-Am League, he dedicated his full attention to the coaching ranks at CMU, where he served on the softball staff from 2013 to 2021.
As the Head Softball Coach at CMU from 2018 to 2021, Erik achieved remarkable success, accruing a staggering 100–22 record over just three seasons. Throughout his overall eight-year tenure with the Mavericks, he was instrumental in the development of 12 Collegiate All-Americans. Coach Erik's extensive experience as both a professional athlete and a high-performance head coach allows him to provide unparalleled insights into the technical, mental, and strategic aspects of the game.

Drew Agnew
"Hi y'all!"
Originally from Northern Colorado, Coach Drew Agnew is a former Rocky Mountain High School player and current Head JV Coach at Rocky Mountain High School who brings both playing and coaching experience to Endless.
Drew is passionate about working with dedicated hitters and infielders who are committed to improving their game, building confidence, and taking their development to the next level. His coaching style emphasizes strong fundamentals, energy, and a genuine love for baseball — creating an environment where athletes can work hard, compete, and enjoy the process.
As Drew likes to say, "Every day you get to play baseball is a holiday."

Kyler Vasquez
Born and raised in Greeley, Colorado, Coach Kyler Vasquez has been shaped by the game of baseball from an early age. A lifelong athlete, Kyler developed his love for the game through years of dedication, discipline, and hard work.
Kyler was part of the successful baseball program at University High School, where the team captured back-to-back state championships in 2018 and 2019. While he was not yet on varsity during those title runs, being immersed in a championship culture helped shape the mindset, work ethic, and competitive standards he carries with him today.
After years of earning his opportunity, Kyler secured a varsity roster spot for his senior season in 2020. Unfortunately, that season was cut short due to COVID-19, bringing an abrupt end to his high school playing career. While disappointing, that experience only deepened his appreciation for the game and strengthened his commitment to staying involved in baseball.
Today, Kyler is passionate about developing the next generation of catchers. His coaching focuses on building strong fundamentals, confidence behind the plate, leadership, and the accountability required to play the position at a high level. He believes catchers set the tone for a team and takes pride in helping athletes grow both as players and leaders.
Inspired by greats like Yadier Molina, Buster Posey, and Dexter Fowler, Kyler brings the same values of toughness, baseball IQ, consistency, and love for the game into every lesson.

Maddux Hoaglund
Maddux Hoaglund is a former collegiate and professional baseball player who brings years of playing experience and a passion for athlete development to every lesson.
Hoaglund played collegiately at Indian Hills Community College and West Texas A&M University, earning All-Conference and All-Region honors during his career. His versatility on the field allowed him to gain experience at seven of the nine positions, giving him a unique understanding of the game and player development from multiple perspectives.
After college, Hoaglund continued his career professionally with the Alpine Cowboys and Grand Junction Jackalopes. He was also a member of the 2021 Northwoods League Champion Traverse City Pit Spitters, one of the nation's premier summer collegiate baseball organizations. In addition to his accomplishments on the field, Hoaglund earned NSCA All-American recognition for his commitment to athletic performance and strength development.
As an instructor, Hoaglund specializes in pitching development, throwing mechanics, velocity improvement, arm care, and overall baseball skill development, while also working with athletes on hitting and defensive skills at every position. His goal is to help athletes build confidence, improve performance, and develop the skills necessary to compete at the next level.
Whether working with youth, high school, or collegiate athletes, Maddux is committed to creating a positive training environment that challenges players, develops strong fundamentals, and helps each athlete reach their full potential.

Kenzie Carter
Kenzie Carter brings a passion for softball, athlete development, and mental performance to Endless Sports Complex. A Kansas native, Kenzie grew up around the game through her father, a college baseball coach, developing an early appreciation for the impact great coaching can have on athletes.
Kenzie currently plays Division I softball at the University of Northern Colorado as a catcher, giving her firsthand experience with the preparation, competition, and mental resilience required at the collegiate level. She specializes in catching and hitting while also focusing on complete player development.
Kenzie earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology and Human Services and is currently pursuing her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Her education and experience as a Division I athlete have fueled her passion for sports psychology and helping athletes develop confidence, resilience, and a strong competitive mindset.
Her coaching philosophy centers around challenging athletes while creating an environment where they feel supported, valued, and comfortable making mistakes. Kenzie's goal is to help athletes become better softball players while developing the mental skills and confidence that carry beyond the field.
