This Privacy Policy describes how Endless Sports Complex ("Endless," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit endlesssportscomplex.com, contact us through the website, or interact with our booking and email signup partners. By using our website, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you fill out our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number (optional), inquiry topic, and message you submit. When you book a membership, lesson, or other service through our booking partner (RunSwift), or join our email list or club-tryout list through Google Forms, the information you provide is collected by those services in addition to or instead of us.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider (Netlify) and the third-party services we embed (Google Maps, Google Fonts) may automatically log standard request data including IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. We do not run our own analytics on this website.
2. How we use information
We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to your inquiries about memberships, lessons, clubs, camps, rentals, or facility tours.
- Route your message to the appropriate team member (for example, coaching inquiries go to our coaching staff).
- Send you updates you have asked for, such as club tryout details or general announcements (only via email lists you have explicitly joined).
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. How we share information
We share information only as needed to operate the site and provide the services you request. Specifically:
- Service providers. We use vendors who process information on our behalf (see the list below). Each acts under their own privacy policy and applicable contractual terms.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Endless, our members, or others.
- Business transfers. If Endless undergoes a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Third-party services we use
The following third-party services support our website and intake. Each has its own privacy policy.
- Netlify — site hosting and form handling. Submissions to our contact form are stored in the Netlify dashboard and forwarded to us via email. See Netlify's privacy policy.
- RunSwift — third-party booking platform for memberships and private lessons. When you book through RunSwift, you provide your information directly to them. See RunSwift.
- Google Forms — used for our Endless Club tryout updates and our general email list. Submissions are processed by Google under its own privacy terms. See Google's privacy policy.
- Google Maps — embedded on our home and contact pages to show our location. Loading the map sends standard request data to Google.
- Google Fonts — typography is loaded from Google's font CDN.
- Instagram (Meta) — linked from our site. Visiting our Instagram is governed by Meta's privacy policy.
5. Cookies and tracking
Endless Sports Complex does not set first-party cookies for analytics or advertising. We do not currently use any analytics, advertising, or tag-management platforms on this site. Third-party services we embed (such as Google Maps and Google Fonts) may set their own cookies as part of their normal operation. You can control cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect how embedded maps or fonts display.
6. Data retention
We retain contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business records, typically up to 24 months. Subscriptions to our email or tryout lists are retained until you unsubscribe. Booking records held by RunSwift are governed by RunSwift's retention policies.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — including HTTPS encryption and the security headers configured by our host — to protect the information you submit. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's privacy
Many of our athletes are minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. When a parent or guardian submits information about a minor (for example, in a contact form inquiry about lessons or club tryouts), we treat that information with the same care as adult data. If you believe a child has provided us information without parental consent, please contact us so we can delete it.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses. To exercise these rights, email admin@endlesssportscomplex.com from the email address associated with your information. We may need to verify your identity before completing your request.
You can unsubscribe from any email list we operate using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
